Modular end-of-line packaging machines

There is a wide range of possible combinations for SOMIC 424 end-of-line packaging machines, for example:

• Tray packer
• Closing machine

Each individual machine is put together using modules from the 424 mechatronic programme and enjoys the extremely high level of flexibility within the format range that is determined by the individual design.

This concept allows a maximum range product and case models. The separation of the process into discrete, independent packaging steps enables maximum capacity to be achieved. This system structure is also used when several packages are produced in a single cycle.
