In case of malfunction of your SOMIC packaging machine please fill in the malfunction form and send it back to us.

We can use this malfunction form to localise the problem properly. We will then send you our suggested solution as soon as possible. We will contact you by phone by the next morning at the latest,  in order to discuss the details of what to do next.

This service is provided by SOMIC free of charge in order to avoid or at least minimise production downtime.
